What we collect

When you send a booking request or contact us, we collect the name, email address, phone number, travel dates, guest count and any special requests you provide. We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry, confirm your reservation, prepare for your arrival and, where relevant, comply with Indian guest-registration requirements. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Only the family and staff who run the property. Messages sent via WhatsApp or email are handled by those providers under their own terms. Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or MakeMyTrip are additionally governed by those platforms' policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. Guest registration records are retained for as long as local law requires. You may ask us to delete anything not legally required at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded Google Maps content may set cookies under Google's own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
