Terms & Booking Conditions

Reservations

A request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. We confirm availability by email or WhatsApp and send a payment link. A 25% advance secures the dates; the balance is payable on arrival by card, UPI or cash.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your check-in date and the advance is refunded in full within seven working days. Inside 72 hours, the advance is retained. No-shows are charged one night.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 1:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Late check-out can usually be arranged at no cost outside peak season — please ask the evening before.

Rates and inclusions

Rates are per night for the entire property, for the stated occupancy, and include all taxes unless noted otherwise. Additional guests, extra bedding and airport transfers are chargeable.

House rules

This is a family home in a quiet village. Please keep noise low after 10:00 pm. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Pets by prior arrangement. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Liability

Guests join walks, treks and campfire evenings at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings and for children in their care. We are not liable for changes caused by weather, road conditions or events beyond our control.
